stinky elbows
I can't sleep again.

Normally, I would wander around the Internet completely aimlessly, or do something incredibly dull in FFXI (crafting, attempting to skill up solo, checking the same two plants over and over, etc.), and eventually grow so weary of these activities that Sleep is forced to conclude that it really has to take pity on me after all.

Well, I had an argument earlier today with a knowitall in FFXI and thus do not really want to touch it, and have surfed Teh Intarweb 'til I can surf no more. Still awake.

This has proved beneficial in one respect only: I reinstalled my tablet drivers, picked a random doodle, had at it in Photoshop, and now have a wonderful new doodleicon. The little guy didn't look nearly so pissy in the original doodle, but I guess that's my current mood showing through.

No worries I know how that feels 100% ; ;

The sad thing is, she wasn't really even that good a player.

Her Shadowbind macro was something like:

/em flashes < t > her breasts. {Shadowbind}

How does this work? I could see it as the obvious Flash macro, or maybe a Stun macro, but Shadowbind? Is it because her breasts are bound? But if her breasts are bound, then how does she flash them? Attempting to make sense out of this hurts. XD

Having no job, I can only afford one game per month. Sadly, I'm not really inspired to go back when I realize that my travel habits in RO usually ended in my death.

Going to Al de Baran: Get killed by Stormy.
Go hide inside a building in Al de: Get killed by Maya.
Go to Amatsu: Get killed by Mistress.
Go escape outside Amatsu: Get killed by Dark Lord.

It would take something big to get me to come back, and Transcendent Classes are not going to cut it. (The Paladin sprite is godawful. AWFUL!)

;o;.....but I miss you. It's alright, I understand the one game a per month thing. Who else would I have met in a payon cave with a savage bebe named fragola ;o; <3 only one. Who will be the merchant of my heart.

Also- Hocus Pocus isn't around anymore like that so there are no random monsters floating around town, sometimes outside of town but DBs are hardly used D:.....if you ever wanna come back one day, maybe I could give you the gift of a month <3

They got rid of Hocus Pocus? What do Dancers and Bards use Power Cord for now?

And people hardly use DBs? o_O; That almost seems like a different game to me. XD

AHEM: sorry for the lateness, college ate me :V

Power Cord is rarely used except in woe sometimes /)_; and other stuff but I see CP used the most in general. Oh wait, PC is used for when you're warping during WOE. I haven't seen a DB (except for the ones I have found and used)since the begining of the summer :O

Funny... I'm suffering from this as well. I wake up at 3-4, and I can't go back to sleep. I'm thinking this season related. Either that, or I'm missing the person I gave my heart to, too much. ;_; She vanished on me... for the second time. -_-;

Internet = unreliable.
Lokiateeq on September 29th, 2005 12:44 am (UTC)
Yup, too true. I need to move on. *slaps himself and drops a bucket of cold water to wake him up*

Part of the reason I quit playing that game... well, mostly the fact that know it alls kept getting me killed... still, sometimes i wouldn't mind going back.

I've developed what can be conveniently called a "core" group of people to do things with. This helps a lot. I do not always party with them, sadly, and so I am wont to run into Stupiditus Maximus. The core group is, however, still useful in this situation. They put up with the angry ranting gibberish that usually results. XD

It's sad that The Internet isn't as limitless as it once seemed, or maybe we've grown wiser, and able to differentiate the crap from the good stuff now. There are pleanty of "You've reached the end of the internet" pages now, but this one had a bit of animation and sound; it's something to eat up a few seconds of reslessness, then you can go back to rocking back and forth and muttering to yourself about game-know-it-alls. Ugh. hate those people.

This occupied many minutes. I recommend it as a substitute for "end of the internet" pages.
