My brain is made of snot, sound the bells, sound the bells.
I survived going from train to shower to work on Monday, thanks to my newly developed "caffeine and sugar power" theory. I was able to maintain a fairly capable front from 8:00 to 4:15 as I downed (in total) three Starbucks Fraparaparachinos (two mocha, one vanilla), one doughnut/donut/fried sugar confection with chocolate icing and one Hershey's chocolate bar. (And lunch.) I made it through Tuesday hyped up on absolutely nothing, which is even more amazing than usual because I spent my small amount of extra energy early in the day by actually sprinting alongside a bus until they let me on (which was, thankfully, not too far). Today, I wanted to crawl under a desk, camoflage myself with some papers and/or cardboard boxes and sleep for hours, but I was prevented from doing so by the fact that they carpeted the Closet today, so I was never in there ... and somehow, during that process, management claimed some of the furniture I would have snoozed under.

Yanno, I usually make resolutions such as, "I will stop being a dumbass." Maybe it would help if I refined that a little bit, focused on areas to improve ... you know, to give myself a more specific goal. Each little step contributes to an overall lessened level of dumbassery, yes?

Oooooh noooo! It's almost December! What the heck happened!? My calendar is still on October. I've got to start sewing or nothing will be remotely wearable by Katsucon.

1.) FACT: My head is leaking profusely.
2.) FACT: I am feeling light-headed.
3.) PROBABLY FACT: My brain is usually a heavy thing.
4.) BASELESS CONJECTURE: My grey matter must actually be green matter.
5.) RANDOM ASSUMPTION: The color green is usually stored in barrels.

CONCLUSION: The barrels in my skull must be draining and through the loss of brain matter, the load in my noggin is significantly lightened, hence the woozy sensation. Damn faulty logic!

Is it a bad thing to say that your entry amused me on otherwise grey day?

Naw, it's good to hear, as my journal has been a bunch of depressed, boring work related junk as of late.
