The day after the storm.
As of yesterday.
Volkswagen New Beetles aren't exactly known for their ability to plow through snow.
That photo shows the status after an hour of work or so, all done with a broom as shovels were not to be had for love or money. I'd say about half of the cars in the lot here are now unburied. I observed this process and was able to figure out my neighbors and their snow behavior: if they can see you working, they might assist you in your efforts. If they can't see you, they're going to shovel snow on your car while digging out their own.
I finally got a shovel of my very own this weekend, so the Super Tomato shall be free.
