346 small pointy dangerous objects, 100 nuclear warheads, 1 rotten egg
The first phase of the Lifekill project (in some ways, a sequel to Roadkill) has been completed. Mud on my pants, wet socks, cold fingers ... and a driver who wouldn't, for the most part, let me out of the car. It made for an exercise in drive-by photography, that's for sure.

Why does urban decay fascinate me so? It's one of those intangible tangibles that I have lived close to and seen from an outsider's perspective - it is not something that I have experienced. Certainly, I've worked in the ghetto, but power locks and fast wheels have shielded me from a harsh environment. Am I never to see it without the window in the way? Should I feel relief, or should I continue poking at the border my upbringing has set up?

Dammit, when you said new pictures, it took it to be new pictures of you. *Indignant scowl*

Superb photography, but that's Decatur? Wow, I'm sorry. =P
